SiriusXM

Year: 2024
Service: Product/App Design
Role: UI Designer
Client: SiriusXM
Agency: RocketAir
The Brief

SiriusXM partnered with us to modernize their digital experience across mobile, tablet, web, and TV. The goal was to evolve the visual language and interaction patterns of the platform while supporting a shift toward a younger audience—without losing the familiarity long-time users expect.

The project required close collaboration with SiriusXM’s internal team to align user needs, business goals, and technical constraints across a complex, multi-platform ecosystem.

The Solution

We worked alongside the SiriusXM team to design a comprehensive, scalable design system that would support their next generation of products. The project began with visual explorations to establish a refreshed look and feel, setting the foundation for a more modern, flexible interface.

From there, we partnered closely with stakeholders to build out a full design system—defining color, typography, iconography, spacing, and core components. Careful attention was paid to consistency and usability across platforms, ensuring the system could adapt seamlessly to mobile, tablet, web, and TV environments.

Using the system, we designed full-screen layouts across all platforms, translating individual components into complete, cohesive experiences. Once the system was established, I partnered with their design lead to organize the design system into a clear, developer-ready framework. This included defining variables and tokens for spacing, typography, buttons, progress indicators, badges, inputs, navigation, and system feedback, along with detailed documentation around component anatomy and behavior.

Let's make magic.
